"Will people live on the Moon some day?" - The ask if/whether people will live on Mars some day. 4. "Do astronauts often visit Space Flight Control center?" - They ask if/whether austronauts often visit Space Flight Control center. 5. "Are there any aliens out there?" - They ask if/whether there are any aliens out there. (В данных предложениях согласование времен не нужно, так как глагол главного предложения "ask" стоит в настоящем времени).
